Ingredients

  • 6 C THRIVE Cherry Yogurt Bites - Freeze Dried
  • 1 C Water
  • 1 1/2 C Granola
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Blueberries
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Peach Slices
  • 1 C THRIVE Sweet Cherries
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1 C Water
  • 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Reconstitute yogurt by adding 1 c. water, mixing thoroughly, and refrigerating for 20 minutes.
  2. Place fruit in a bowl with the water and sugar, mix together, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Whip the cream in a chilled bowl with powdered sugar and vanilla until it forms soft peaks. Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide half of the granola into the bottom of four 7 or 8 oz. cups (reserve the other ¾ cup for the second layer).
  5. Add a layer of half of the berries/juice on top of the granola.
  6. Next add all the yogurt evenly to the cups.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of the granola on top of the yogurt.
  8. Add some of the remaining berries, top with the whipped cream, and add remaining fruit to top.
