Cherry Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients
- 6 C THRIVE Cherry Yogurt Bites - Freeze Dried
- 1 C Water
- 1 1/2 C Granola
- 1/2 C THRIVE Blueberries
- 1/2 C THRIVE Peach Slices
- 1 C THRIVE Sweet Cherries
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
- 1 C Water
- 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Reconstitute yogurt by adding 1 c. water, mixing thoroughly, and refrigerating for 20 minutes.
- Place fruit in a bowl with the water and sugar, mix together, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Whip the cream in a chilled bowl with powdered sugar and vanilla until it forms soft peaks. Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Divide half of the granola into the bottom of four 7 or 8 oz. cups (reserve the other ¾ cup for the second layer).
- Add a layer of half of the berries/juice on top of the granola.
- Next add all the yogurt evenly to the cups.
- Sprinkle the rest of the granola on top of the yogurt.
- Add some of the remaining berries, top with the whipped cream, and add remaining fruit to top.
