Ingredients
- 1 C Thrive Life Chicken Slices
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Green Peas
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Mushroom Pieces
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Bechamel
- 1 tsp Thrive Life Vegetarian Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 C cream or half and half
- 2 1/2 C water
Directions
- Add all ingredients except cream to a skillet and stir to combine.
- Over medium heat, bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
- Add cream or half and half and warm through.
- Serve over toast points, biscuits, rice, or noodles.
