Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 c. White Rice Bucket (prepared)
- 3 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices (rehydrated)
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Velouté (Rich Chicken Gravy) + 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. THRIVE Broccoli (rehydrated) Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 c. butter or THRIVE butter
- 3 tbsp. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese (rehydrated)
Directions
- Prepare rice and spread onto bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread chicken over rice.
- Mix together prepared veloute and mayonnaise. Layer on top of chicken and rice. Sprinkle broccoli pieces evenly on top of soup mixture.
- Make cheese sauce by melting the butter in a small sauce pan. Add flour until smooth. Add milk powder, water, seasoning, and cheese, stirring frequently until cheese is completely melted. Pour sauce over broccoli.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
