Ingredients

  • 3 c. White Rice Bucket (prepared)
  • 3 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices (rehydrated)
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Velouté (Rich Chicken Gravy) + 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. THRIVE Broccoli (rehydrated) Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 c. butter or THRIVE butter
  • 3 tbsp. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 3 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese (rehydrated)

Directions

  1. Prepare rice and spread onto bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread chicken over rice.
  2. Mix together prepared veloute and mayonnaise. Layer on top of chicken and rice. Sprinkle broccoli pieces evenly on top of soup mixture.
  3. Make cheese sauce by melting the butter in a small sauce pan. Add flour until smooth. Add milk powder, water, seasoning, and cheese, stirring frequently until cheese is completely melted. Pour sauce over broccoli.
  4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
