Chicken and Rice "Soup in a Cup"

For a healthy and hearty soup on the go, grab one of these! Make ahead of time by storing in a Styrofoam cup with a lid. You're going to love how convenient they are.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Instant White Rice
- 1 pn. Iodized Salt
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Chicken FD
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Celery FD
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Green Peas FD
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions FD
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in a mug.
- Pour boiling/to almost boiling water in to fill the mug. Stir for a minute and then cover. Let sit until the rice is tender. Usually between 8-10 minutes.
- This recipe works great using an 8 ounce Styrofoam cup.
- Add all ingredients, cover with fitted lid and store. When ready, add hot water, cover with lid and sit for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy.
