Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

Great meal for 1 or more. You can easily make this GF by substituting the noodles. Take out butter & wine substitute granulated garlic and put in a coffee mug and make it in the microwave! -Mandy Guiley

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
- 2 tbsp THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried
- 3 tbsp THRIVE Broccoli - Freeze Dried
- 1 1/2 tbsp THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 1 1/2 tbsp THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- 1 tbsp THRIVE Butter Powder
- 2 tbsp THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 tbsp Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Butter, salted
- 1/8 c White Wine
- 1/4 c Egg Noodle Pasta
Directions
- PREPARE ON STOVE TOP
- Measure the water needed 1 1/3 cup. Place Chicken, Pasta & Chef’s Choice into water. Set aside wet mixture.
- Measure remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Set aside dry mixture.
- Add butter and garlic in a sauce pan and heat on medium until butter melts and garlic softens.
- Add wine and heat until wine is reduced by half. Add wet mixture to pan.
- Add dry mixture to pan and stir well. Simmer on low for 8 – 10 minutes.
- Let rest for at least 3 minutes, it will be thin and will thicken as it rests.
