Ingredients
- 3 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried Rehydrated
- 1 c. Water, Hot
- 1 c. Butter, salted
- 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried rehydrated
- 1 c. garlic, minced
- 1 c. White Wine
- 1 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. Tomato Powder
- 3 c. Water
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 lb. Pasta
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Get water boiling for pasta.
- Rehydrate chicken with 1 cup of hot water.
- Rehydrate the tomato powder with 3 cups of water.
- Add pasta to water and cook until done.
- While pasta is cooking begin by melting butter in skillet and then add the onions and garlic. Saute for a couple of minutes.
- Add wine and let the alcohol cook off.
- Add the tomatoes and peppers, simmer to rehydrate.
- Add Chef’s Choice Seasoning.
- Now add the tomato sauce and chicken.
- Serve over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
