Ingredients

  • 1 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. Ham Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 2/3 c. Water (If using a fresh egg instead of Thrive egg, use 1/2 Cup water)
  • 1/8 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix (or 1 fresh egg and adjust water)
  • 1 c. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • Breading
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 2 tbsp. Butter, unsalted

Directions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper
  2. Prep Chicken mix in medium bowl
  3. Prep Cheese in medium bowl
  4. Stir in Breading flour and Chef's Choice into the Chicken mix until evenly coated
  5. Melt butter in skillet
  6. Spoon in Chicken mix into Skillet
  7. Stir until lightly browned -about 5 minutes Remove from heat
  8. Spoon Browned Chicken Mix onto baking dish
  9. Broil at 500 until cheese is melted, longer if you want it a little crispier 3-5 minutes
