My husband came home after a rough day and after I asked him what he wanted, he jokingly said Chicken Cordon Bleu. (He knows I don't do raw meat) So Take THIS!-by Stefanie Arciniega

Ingredients
- 1 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. Ham Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 2/3 c. Water (If using a fresh egg instead of Thrive egg, use 1/2 Cup water)
- 1/8 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix (or 1 fresh egg and adjust water)
- 1 c. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/4 c. Water
- Breading
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 2 tbsp. Butter, unsalted
Directions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper
- Prep Chicken mix in medium bowl
- Prep Cheese in medium bowl
- Stir in Breading flour and Chef's Choice into the Chicken mix until evenly coated
- Melt butter in skillet
- Spoon in Chicken mix into Skillet
- Stir until lightly browned -about 5 minutes Remove from heat
- Spoon Browned Chicken Mix onto baking dish
- Broil at 500 until cheese is melted, longer if you want it a little crispier 3-5 minutes
