Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried reconstituted
  • 4 c. THRIVE Broccoli - Freeze Dried reconstituted
  • 3 1/2 c. THRIVE Cauliflower- Freeze Dried reconstituted
  • 4 tbsp. Canola Oil
  • 4 tsp. THRIVE Butter Powder
  • 4 tbsp. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

  1. Layer chicken, cauliflower and broccoli in a 13" x 9" baking dish.
  2. Combine canola oil and butter powder in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add water, chicken bouillon and lemon juice. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat; add cream and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
  8. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
