Ingredients

  • 3 C THRIVE Instant White Rice
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Green Peas
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Chopped Chicken (THRIVE Chicken Dices)
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Celery
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 3 C Water
  • 4 Tbsp THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix plus 6 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Peppercorn
  • 1 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 2 clv Garlic, Raw

Directions

  1. Precook rice according to directions
  2. Put all ingredients except rice, scrambled eggs, pepper, salt, and garlic in the 3 cups water and let soak.
  3. Mix scrambled egg mix with 6 Tb. of water.
  4. While ingredients are soaking, heat olive oil and saute garlic.
  5. Add precooked rice to heated oil and cook until golden brown.
  6. When rice is done, make a well in center add another Tb of Olive oil pour in scrambled egg mix and cook thoroughly, chopping into small pieces.
  7. Mix egg and rice.
  8. Drain any excess water from the soaking mixture
  9. Add chicken and veggies to pan and heat thoroughly
  10. Salt and pepper to taste
