Ingredients

  • 2 C THRIVE Chopped Chicken (or Chicken Dices), We started Dry and Reconstituted.
  • 1/3 C THRIVE Celery, We started Dry and Reconstituted.
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions, We started Dry and Reconstituted
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Beel Peppers
  • 1 C THRIVE Tomato Dices
  • 2/3 C Regular Long Grain White Rice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme or Basil - (we didn't use)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Canned Red Hot Chili Pepper Sauce
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 1/2 C Chicken Broth - separated

Directions

  1. Put rice onto cook using broth instead of water. Let cook about 10 minutes
  2. Combine Thrive ingredients and added to rice
  3. Added remaining ingredients and left to simmer remaining ten minutes.
