Chicken Pot Pie

Homemade chicken pot pie can be a breeze with THRIVE!

Ingredients
- 1 C THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices
- 1/2 C THRIVE Green Peas
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1 C THRIVE Potato Chunks
- 1/4 C THRIVE Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 C THRIVE
- 1/4 C Bacon Pieces
Directions
- Reconstitute freeze dried items in 1 cup warm water while you prepare the rest
- Mix condensed soup, milk, salt, pepper together
- Boil potato chunks for 15 minutes in 1 1/2 cups of water, drain and add to the mixture
- Drain off water and add all Freeze Dried items to the mixture. Mix well.
- Pour into unbaked pie crust.
- Add Bacon pieces on top
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until brown on top
- Let sit for about 5-7 minutes before serving so it has time to set up
