Ingredients
- Taco filling
- 3 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 3/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 2 tbsp. Cilantro
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- Taco Assembly Ingredients
- 14 corn tortillas (white)
- 2 c. THRIVE Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. Zesty Guacamole (Limited Quantity)
- 2 c. THRIVE salsa
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 bunch cilantro
Directions
- Bring all taco filling ingredients together in a bowl and mix to combine. Place in fridge for at least 20-25 minutes to marinate.
- Prepare all taco assembly ingredients and set aside to assemble.
- Saute the filling mixture in a very hot pan with oil. Fill tortillas with filling and other assembly ingredients.
