Ingredients

  • Taco filling
  • 3 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 3/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tbsp. Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • Taco Assembly Ingredients
  • 14 corn tortillas (white)
  • 2 c. THRIVE Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c. Zesty Guacamole (Limited Quantity)
  • 2 c. THRIVE salsa
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 bunch cilantro

Directions

  1. Bring all taco filling ingredients together in a bowl and mix to combine. Place in fridge for at least 20-25 minutes to marinate.
  2. Prepare all taco assembly ingredients and set aside to assemble.
  3. Saute the filling mixture in a very hot pan with oil. Fill tortillas with filling and other assembly ingredients.
