Ingredients
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup TL FD chopped onion (or 1/8 cup dehydrated chopped onions)
- 2/3 cup TL FD peas
- 1 can - 5-6 ounces tuna
- 1 can - 10 1/2 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup TL instant milk, reconstituted
- 1 cup TL FD cheddar cheese or regular cheddar
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp TL butter powder, reconstituted with a little extra water or melted butter
- 1/2 cup TL FD cheddar cheese or regular cheddar
- 1 Tbsp parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
- Boil noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Saute onions in butter until tender.
- In a large bowl combine noodles, onions, peas, tuna, soup, milk, cheese, and parsley. Mix well.
- Spread into a 2qt casserole dish and top with crumb topping.
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until bubbly.
