Corn Chowder with Sausage

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 1/3 c THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1/4 c THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1 c. THRIVE Potato Chunks
- 1 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles - Freeze Dried
- 5 c/ water
Directions
- To prepare, simply add the ingredients into a pot with water. Bring to a boil stirring to prevent scorching.
- Reduce heat and gently simmer till potatoes are tender - 20+ minutes. Stir frequently to prevent lumping.
- Let it sit for a about 5 minutes before serving.
