Cranberry Sauce

Classic cranberry sauce made from THRIVE Cranberries.

Ingredients
- 2 c. Cranberries - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. Orange Juice
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 tsp. Orange zest
- 1/4 c. Cane Sugar
- 1/2 Vanilla bean, scraped
- 1/8 tsp. Star anise extract
- 2 tbsp. Butter
Directions
- Heat all ingredients except butter in a pan and reduce until syrupy (about 7 minutes).
- Finish with butter.
- Use as a garnish for meat or a topping for desserts. Try with our Savory Turkey Cranberry Crepes!
