Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 1cup Mushroom pieces
- 1/5 cup Chopped onions
- 2 TBSPS Butter
- 1 Cup Instant Milk
- 15 oz Chicken Broth
- 4-6TBSPS Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Melt butter in large saucepan
- Add chopped mushrooms and saute
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, onion 1 can half of the chicken broth then add to mushroom saute
- Bring to a boil, add remainder of broth, cook 2 more minutes
- Add Instant Milk, add an Extra tablespoon, or use 1 cup half and half or cream
- Simmer uncovered on very low another 15 minutes
