Ingredients

  • 20 Mushrooms, medium size
  • 1 tbsp. Butter, salted or THRIVE Butter
  • 2 clv. Garlic, Raw
  • 4 c. THRIVE Spinach FD
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 pn. Salt, Table
  • 1 pn. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 c. Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Parmesan Cheese FD

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place them bottom-down on the baking shelf, then mince the stems.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and add the minced garlic and stems, then cook while stirring for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the spinach to the pot and cook until it wilts. Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper, then stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is mixed together.
  5. Take a spoonful of the mixture and fill each mushroom. Mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Sprinkle on top of the mushrooms.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
