Dessert Pizza: Three Sweet Options

These pizza's are easy and can be made quickly. Feel free to do half and half just like a normal pizza. This would be a fun activity for a family, friend or dinner party. Just lay out your ingredients and let people create their own

Ingredients
- Berries & Chocolate with Mint Pizza
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Strawberry Slices FD
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Raspberries FD
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Blackberries FD
- 1/4 c. Nutella Chocolate Spread (If you want more than 1/4 Cup that's fine too).
- 1 tbsp. Sliced Almonds
- 1 bunch Mint Leaves
- 1 pinch Sea Salt (optional)
- 1 pkg. Naan Bread or other Flatbread
- Apple Streusel Pizza
- 1 tbsp. Melted Butter
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Applesauce refresh with ½ C. of water
- 1/4 c. Chopped Pecans
- 1 pkg. Naan Bread or other Flatbread
- -streusel topping-slice
- 1/4 c. Quick Oats Instant oatmeal
- 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour) All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. Cane Sugar Sugar (you can substitute brown sugar or coconut sugar also)
- 3 tbsp. Melted Butter (For Streusel Topping)
- -Icing
- 1/4 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Milk (you can substitute with coconut milk or almond milk also)
- Peaches and Cream Pizza
- 3 oz. Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar
- 1 c. THRIVE Peach Slices
- Sprinkle of Chopped Walnuts
- 1 pkg. Naan Bread or other Flatbread
Directions
- Cooking Directions for Berries & Chocolate Pizza
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Refresh your fruit together with water by gently rotating in a closed container. Let sit and rotate in container for about 5-10 min. This can also be done ahead of time.
- Spread desired amount of Nutella on your bread, followed by the berries (drain any liquid left in container), almonds and sea salt.
- Place in the oven and cook until the pizza looks hot and bubbly. About 5-7 min.
- Take out of oven and let it rest for 3-5 min or until you can handle the bread without burning yourself.
- Add the mint, slice into fourths and serve.
- Cooking Directions for Apple Streusel Pizza
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Refresh your Applesauce with ½ C. water. This will take about 5 min.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of melted butter over Naan Bread.
- Spread refreshed applesauce over Naan Bread.
- Combine oatmeal, flour, cinnamon, sugar and 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Sprinkle streusel and pecans over the applesauce.
- Bake for 7 min and then finish the last 3 min under broil. WATCH CLOSELY, NOT TO BURN.
- Combine the powered sugar and milk and drizzle over the pizza. Cut and enjoy!
- Cooking Directions for Peaches and Cream Pizza
- Combine the Mascarpone Cheese, sugar & cinnamon until creamy.
- Spread onto the Naan Bread or Flatbread
- Refresh the Peaches with 2 TBl. of water in a closed container.
- Place peaches onto the bread and sprinkle the walnuts and additional cinnamon over the pizza.
- Cook for 7 min and finish with a broil for 2 min.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
