Make doughnuts with THRIVE Country White Dough Mix!

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. 1 3/4 c. THRIVE Country White Dough Mix + 2 tbsp.
- 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. water
- 1 1/4 tsp. Instant Dry Yeast
- 2 tbsp. Cane Sugar
- Glaze
- 3 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1/2 c. 1 1/2 tbsp.
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Follow directions on can for bread dough, adding the additional sugar to the dry mix.
- Once dough has risen once, roll out ½–¾” thick on a floured surface.
- Cut out doughnuts with doughnut cutter or two round cookie cutters.
- Place on a pan and let rise again until doubled in size.
- Heat oil to 375°F and drop donuts in.
- Remove when golden brown and cool on cooling rack
- Once cooled, dip in glaze.
