Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. 1 3/4 c. THRIVE Country White Dough Mix + 2 tbsp.
  • 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 1/4 tsp. Instant Dry Yeast
  • 2 tbsp. Cane Sugar
  • Glaze
  • 3 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 1/2 c. 1 1/2 tbsp.
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Follow directions on can for bread dough, adding the additional sugar to the dry mix.
  2. Once dough has risen once, roll out ½–¾” thick on a floured surface.
  3. Cut out doughnuts with doughnut cutter or two round cookie cutters.
  4. Place on a pan and let rise again until doubled in size.
  5. Heat oil to 375°F and drop donuts in.
  6. Remove when golden brown and cool on cooling rack
  7. Once cooled, dip in glaze.
