Easy Blackberry Cobbler

Cobbler using Thrive Instant Milk, Freeze-Dried Blackberries, and eliminated some of the sugar and added Honey Crystals

Ingredients
- 1 cube Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Thrive Life Honey Crystals
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup Thrive Life Instant Milk
- 1-1/2 cups Thrive Life Blackberries refreshed
Directions
- Melt butter in a microwavable Dish.
- Pour honey crystals, 3/4 cup sugar and flour into a mixing bowl
- Whisk in milk, stirring well, then add butter continuing to stir.
- Butter a 9x9 pan and pour the batter into, sprinkle blackberries on top
- Sprinkle the last 1/4 cup sugar over the top
- Bake in 350 over for 1 hour or until golden.
- Took to a church function and it was a hit (I doubled the recipe) but it is like a cake.
