Directions

  1. Make the crust by mixing Country White Dough Mix, yeast, and 1 cup plus 2 TBS warm water. Mix together in electric mixer and knead for about 5 minutes. If the dough sticks to the sides of the bowl, add flour a TBS at a time; if the dough is too dry, add water a TBS at a time.
  2. Place the dough in a bowl with oil or non stick cooking spray, being sure to oil the top also. Let the dough rest in a warm place about 40 minutes, or until it is about doubled in size.
  3. While the dough is rising, add the 1 cup water to the Ham dices to rehydrate. Allow them to rest covered for at least 15 minutes, stirring occassionally.
  4. To make the Hollandaise Sauce: Mix Bechemel Sauce mix with 1 1/2 cup water and bring to boil, reduce heat and allow to simmer. Add butter and stir to melt. Whisk the egg yolks in bowl and slowly add hot Bechemel sauce into the eggs, whisking constantly. After you have added about 1/2 cup of sauce to the eggs, pour the egg mixture back into the pan with the remaining sauce and bring to a boil. Whisk the egg yolks in bowl and slowly add hot Bechemel sauce into the eggs, whisking constantly. After you have added about 1/2 cup of sauce to the eggs, pour the egg mixture into the pan with the remaining sauce and bring back to a boil. Take off the stove and add lemon juice. Keep the sauce warm until you are ready to put it on the pizza.
  5. Make the eggs by mixing Scrambled Egg Mix with 3 cup water and salt and pepper. Melt 1 TBS butter in pan, add egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally to make scrambled eggs.
  6. To assemble the pizza, using your hands or small rolling pin, spread the dough in a sprayed 10x15 jelly roll pan. Pre cook the crust for about 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove the crust from the oven and spread 1/2 - 2/3 Hollandaise Sauce over the crust. Top with the scrambled eggs, followed by the ham. Put the remaining sauce evenly over all and sprinkle the reconstituted cheese on top. Sprinkle the whole thing with Thrive Salad Seasoning. Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes at 350 degrees., or until the crust in done. Enjoy!!
