by Carolina Food Storage on September 7, 2014 While we were snowed in the other week we had time to play around in the kitchen. We decided to raid the cabinets and start throwing in ingredients from our food storage pantry.

  • 1/2 C THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Rehydrated
  • 1 C THRIVE Asparagus - Rehydrated
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Tomato Dices - Rehydrated
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Mixed Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Rehydrated
  • 6 Eggs, Beaten
  • 3 Tbsp Milk


  1. Reconstitute all items and drain.
  2. Mix together eggs and the remaining ingredients and place in a 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake in an oven until egg is set.
  4. With the addition of a few fresh eggs from our hens we came up with a refreshing breakfast casserole recipe
