Ingredients

  • 1 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1 c. Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 c. Cane Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt, Table
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
  • 1/4 c. Canola Oil
  • 3/4 c. Nonfat Powdered Milk prepared
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Kale - Freeze Dried
  • 1 Whole banana, large

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tins.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients. Set aside.
  3. In a blender, add remaining 5 ingredients and blend well until smooth.
  4. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
  5. Fill prepared muffin tin wells 2/3 full. Bake in preheated oven 17 minutes. Cool.
