These delicious muffins are packed with THRIVE Kale and Spinach (or you could do all Spinach), and kids love them (I do too!)! Fun for a "green" treat or "Halloween" treat as well! - Hila Wood

Ingredients
- 1 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 1 c. Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 c. Cane Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt, Table
- 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
- 1/4 c. Canola Oil
- 3/4 c. Nonfat Powdered Milk prepared
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Kale - Freeze Dried
- 1 Whole banana, large
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tins.
- In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients. Set aside.
- In a blender, add remaining 5 ingredients and blend well until smooth.
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Fill prepared muffin tin wells 2/3 full. Bake in preheated oven 17 minutes. Cool.
