Garlic Tomato Demi-Glace

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. Burgandy Red Wine
- 2 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
- 1 tbsp. Tomato Powder
- 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
- In a small sauce pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and sweat the garlic for about 1 minute.
- Add in the tomatoes and deglaze with the burgandy. Reduce until syrupy.
- Add in the 2 1/2 cups of water and Chef's Choice Seasoning, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and add in while whisking the espagnole sauce mix and tomato powder.
- Simmer until thickened and finish with the Italian Seasoning, worcestershire sauce and 1 more tablespoon of butter. Remove from heat and serve!
