Ingredients

  • 3/4 C THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
  • 3/4 C THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Potato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Bechamel (Creamy White Sauce)
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 2 tsp THRIVE Butter Powder
  • 1 tsp THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregeno
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp THRIVE Summer Limeade (Seasonal)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, Table

Directions

  1. To assemble the jar:
  2. Layer the ingredients in order in a clean quart-sized jar.
  3. To cook the jar meal:
  4. Pour the contents of the jar into a large Dutch oven or pot, along with 4 1/2 to 5 cups of water. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with sour cream, avocado, chips, etc.
