"Gimme Thrive" Chicken Potato Corn Chowder (Jar Meal)

This thick, delicious chowder had my family asking for seconds. True comfort food! Make a few jars at a time and have a quick meal on hand for those busy nights. Or, feel free to just make it straight from Thrive can to pot!

Ingredients
- 3/4 C THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
- 3/4 C THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 C THRIVE Potato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 C THRIVE Bechamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
- 2 tsp THRIVE Butter Powder
- 1 tsp THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Dried Oregeno
- 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Summer Limeade (Seasonal)
- 1/2 tsp Salt, Table
Directions
- To assemble the jar:
- Layer the ingredients in order in a clean quart-sized jar.
- To cook the jar meal:
- Pour the contents of the jar into a large Dutch oven or pot, along with 4 1/2 to 5 cups of water. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, avocado, chips, etc.
