Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 C THRIVE Chopped Chicken
  • 3/4 C THRIVE Onion Slices
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Sweet Corn
  • 2 tsp THRIVE Summer Limeade (Seasonal)
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 1/2 C Water

Directions

  1. If prepping as a jar meal, layer the ingredients into a clean, dry quart jar in the order listed (except the water), tamping down when necessary to accommodate each layer. Place lid on and store to use within a month or so. For longer storage, seal with a vacuum sealer.
  2. When ready to use, pour dry ingredients into a large, hot skillet and stir for 30 seconds or so. Then pour in the water, stir well, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, queso fresco (or your favorite cheese), avocadoes, Cholula, etc.
