"Gimme Thrive" Fiesta Street Tacos Jar Meal

Whether you throw-and-go straight into the skillet or jar this up for later, you'll love the flavors in this dish. Serve in a flour tortilla boat for fun and easy eating! You can switch out the chicken for ground beef too!

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 C THRIVE Chopped Chicken
- 3/4 C THRIVE Onion Slices
- 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 C THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
- 1/2 C THRIVE Sweet Corn
- 2 tsp THRIVE Summer Limeade (Seasonal)
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 1/2 C Water
Directions
- If prepping as a jar meal, layer the ingredients into a clean, dry quart jar in the order listed (except the water), tamping down when necessary to accommodate each layer. Place lid on and store to use within a month or so. For longer storage, seal with a vacuum sealer.
- When ready to use, pour dry ingredients into a large, hot skillet and stir for 30 seconds or so. Then pour in the water, stir well, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, queso fresco (or your favorite cheese), avocadoes, Cholula, etc.
