Delicious Gluten free biscuits using Thrive Life Gluten Free Flour

Ingredients
- 3 Cups Thrive Gluten Free Flour
- 4 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 TBS. Sugar
- 3/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- 3/4 Cup Butter
- 2 TBSP. Thrive Powdered eggs
- 3 TBPS. Water
- 3 TBSP. Dry Thrive Powdered Milk
- 1 Cup Water
Directions
- Pre-heat oven at 450 Degrees. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cream of Tartar.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Add egg powder and milk powder and the water, stirring quickly and briefly.
- Knead lightly on floured board or mat. Roll or pat gently to 1 inch thick.
- Cut into 1-2 inch biscuits. place in a greased 9x10 inch pan. For crusty biscuits, separate on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
