Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 3/4 c. Dark Chocolate
  • 3/4 c. Milk Chocolate
  • 3/4 c. Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix plus 6 tbsp of water
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder Baking Powder
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
  2. Butter a 9X9 baking pan.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  4. Whisk to prevent burning. Set aside to cool slightly. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together until well blended.
  6. Pour slightly cooled melted chocolate mixture into egg mixture. Stir to blend.
  7. Add dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are blended.
  8. Pour brownie batter into prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
