Ingredients
- 1/2 C THRIVE Instant Brown Rice (ground into flour)
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 8 Tbsp Butter
- 3/4 C Dark Chocolate
- 3/4 C Milk Chocolate
- 3 Tbsp THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 6 Tbsp Water
- 3/4 C Cane Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Gluten Free Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Iodized Salt
- 2 Tbsp Millet (ground into flour)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Grease an 8x8 glass baking dish.
- Melt butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Whisk to prevent burning.
- Set aside to cool slightly.
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together until well blended.
- Pour slightly cooled chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
- Stir to blend.
- Add dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are blended.
- Pour brownie batter into prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
