Ingredients

  • 1/2 C THRIVE Instant Brown Rice (ground into flour)
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 8 Tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 C Dark Chocolate
  • 3/4 C Milk Chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 6 Tbsp Water
  • 3/4 C Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Gluten Free Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Millet (ground into flour)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Grease an 8x8 glass baking dish.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  4. Whisk to prevent burning.
  5. Set aside to cool slightly.
  6. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together until well blended.
  8. Pour slightly cooled chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
  9. Stir to blend.
  10. Add dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are blended.
  11. Pour brownie batter into prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
