Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried Replace with broken up Thrive Mushroom Pieces for Cream of Mushroom or Thrive Celery for Cream of Celery.
  • 2 c. Nonfat Powdered Milk
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 c. THRIVE Mashed Potatoes
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon Can use Beef Bouillon for Cream of Mushroom
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Onions- Dehydrated
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Store in airtight container.
  2. For Condensed Soup: Mix together 1/2 cup mix with 1 1/4 cups water. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until thickened, stir once per minute.
  3. To make soup: Mix together 1/3 cup mix with 1 1/2 cups water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat until thickened.
