Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Butter or THRIVE Butter
  • Peach Filling
  • 2 3/4 c. THRIVE Peach Slices FD
  • 1 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 c. Water
  • Cake
  • 1 c. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 c. Cane Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 2/3 c. Water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the 1/4 cup butter in a 2 qt dish to melt in the oven as it heats.
  2. Combine all filling ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Let simmer for 5- 10 minutes.
  3. Once the peach filling has simmered and the butter is melted, it's time to make the cake.
  4. In a bowl (or the empty jar), add the cake mix and water.
  5. Mix well. You may like to add a splash of vanilla to the cake for some extra flavor.
  6. Pour the cake batter over the melted butter.
  7. Pour peach filling over the cake batter. (It should sink.)
  8. Bake for 45 min or until the cake is done (toothpick come out clean).
