Ingredients

  • Pizza Crust
  • 3 C THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 3/4 tsp Xantham Gum
  • 1 pkg Intant Dry Yeast
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/4 C Warm Water
  • Pizza Toppings
  • 2 C THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 1/3 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Onion Slices
  • 1/2 C Water
  • Pizza Sauce
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Tomato Sauce
  • 3/4 C Water
  • 1 tsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend

Directions

  1. Sift together GF flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, instant milk, and xantham gum in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Add water and yeast to the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
  3. Add in Olive oil and dry ingredients. Mix on low speed until combined.
  4. Spray a pizza pan with non stick spray. Place dough on pizza pan and, with your fingers, press dough down until it reaches the edge of the pan.
  5. Place in a 350F degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small bowl add together the pizza toppings, except for the cheese, and reconstitute with 1/2 cup of water. Let sit for about 5 minutes, drain off any excess water.
  7. For sauce, mix together water, tomato sauce, and Italian blend in a sauce pan just until it simmers. Take off and let cool.
  8. Once you take the pizza crust out of the oven, add the sauce to the crust. On top of the sauce sprinkle your reconstituted cheese, and on top of the cheese add your reconstituted toppings.
  9. Bake in your 350F oven for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Enjoy!
