Ingredients
- 2 c THRIVE Instant Black Beans
- 2 c THRIVE Instant Red Beans
- 2 c Instant Pinto Beans
- 2 c THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 c THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 c THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 1/2 c THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1 1/2 c THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
- 3 1/2 oz Sliced Black Olives, drained
- 1 c THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c Tomato Powder
- 1 c THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 1/2 c THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- 2 tbsp THRIVE Chicken Bouillon May add more to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder (May add more to taste)
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin Seed
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp Ground Mustard Seed
- 1 tbsp Ground Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
- 1/2 c THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried (Optional)
Directions
- Add beans to pot
- Add Chicken to pot
- Add Vegetables to pot
- Add Béchamel, Tomato Powder, and Sour Cream Powder to pot
- Add seasonings to pot
- Stir all ingredients and seasonings together
- Add enough water to just barely cover all the ingredients Cover pot with lid, and set on low Stir occasionally to prevent burning
- Top each bowl with prepared cheddar cheese
