Ingredients

  • 2 c THRIVE Instant Black Beans
  • 2 c THRIVE Instant Red Beans
  • 2 c Instant Pinto Beans
  • 2 c THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1 1/2 c THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1 1/2 c THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
  • 3 1/2 oz Sliced Black Olives, drained
  • 1 c THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c Tomato Powder
  • 1 c THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
  • 1/2 c THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
  • 2 tbsp THRIVE Chicken Bouillon May add more to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder (May add more to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin Seed
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tsp Ground Mustard Seed
  • 1 tbsp Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
  • 1/2 c THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried (Optional)

Directions

  1. Add beans to pot
  2. Add Chicken to pot
  3. Add Vegetables to pot
  4. Add Béchamel, Tomato Powder, and Sour Cream Powder to pot
  5. Add seasonings to pot
  6. Stir all ingredients and seasonings together
  7. Add enough water to just barely cover all the ingredients Cover pot with lid, and set on low Stir occasionally to prevent burning
  8. Top each bowl with prepared cheddar cheese
