Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 C THRIVE Instant Brown Rice (ground into flour)
  • 2 C Tapioca Starch
  • 2 C Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Xanthum Gum
  • 6 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 2 C Water
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 8 Tbsp Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a 9x13 cake pan and set aside.
  3. In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
  4. Once mixed, pour in the wet ingredients and beat with a mixer until smooth, being careful not to over mix.
  5. Pour into prepared cake pan and smooth out with wet fingers.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until firm (about 15–20 minutes).
