Gluten Free White Bread

Make fluffy gluten free white bread at home using our Gluten Free Flour!

Ingredients
- 2 C Water, warm
- 1 pkg Instant Dry Yeast
- 1 Tbsp Cane Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 2/3 C THRIVE Instant Milk powder
- 1 tsp Xantham Gum
- 1 tsp Iodized Salt
- 3 C THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water, yeast and 1 tsp sugar. Let sit together until bubbly.
- Meanwhile measure all dry ingredients into one bowl. Set aside.
- Measure all wet ingredients into a separate bowl. Set aside.
- Once yeast is bubbly add the wet and dry ingredients to the bowl and with a hand mixer mix until just incorporated.
- Dough is more of a sticky thick batter. Once mixed together spray the bread pans with cooking spray.
- Put dough in the bread pans and spread evenly. Wet fingers to smooth out the top.
- Let rise until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours. Do not let it rise above the top of the pan, it will overflow in the oven. Once it has risen put in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown.
