Ham and Potato Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 1 c. Ham Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
- 6 c. Water
- 1 c. THRIVE Potato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 2 tbsp. Chives
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
- 2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Beans - Freeze Dried
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 2 tbsp. Cheese Blend
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Colby Jack Cheese - Freeze Dried
- 1 tsp. Cholula, or as desired
- 1 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 1 c. Heavy cream, or as desired
Directions
- Saute garlic in butter until lightly golden brown.
- Add in ham and onions and stir around for about 1 minute.
- Add in water and remaining ingredients, except for the bechamel, colby cheese and heavy cream.
- Simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until ingredients are softened and flavorful and broth has developed.
- Whisk in cheese, bechamel, and heavy cream. Bring back to a soft simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired!
