Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 c. Ham Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 6 c. Water
  • 1 c. THRIVE Potato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 2 tbsp. Chives
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
  • 2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Beans - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tbsp. Cheese Blend
  • 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Colby Jack Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tsp. Cholula, or as desired
  • 1 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
  • 1 c. Heavy cream, or as desired

Directions

  1. Saute garlic in butter until lightly golden brown.
  2. Add in ham and onions and stir around for about 1 minute.
  3. Add in water and remaining ingredients, except for the bechamel, colby cheese and heavy cream.
  4. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until ingredients are softened and flavorful and broth has developed.
  5. Whisk in cheese, bechamel, and heavy cream. Bring back to a soft simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired!
