Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 3/4 c. Kale, chopped or THRIVE Kale
  • 1/2 c. Organic Quinoa (rinsed)
  • 9 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Broccoli
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Butternut Squash
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Asparagus
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 tbsp. Basil
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Cholula hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

  1. Add olive oil and garlic to pan and sweat. Add onions, chicken, celery, carrots, kale, and quinoa. Stir, then add water. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients. Simmer for an additional 6 minutes.
  3. Allow to rest for 3–4 minutes before serving.
  4. Yield: 8 1/2 cups
