Ingredients

  • 8 chicken tenders
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 c. Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 3 eggs, for egg wash

Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients (Italian Seasoning Blend, Chefs Choice, buttermilk, garlic) and marinate chicken tenders for at least 2 hours.
  2. Combine Panko bread crumbs, Italian herb blend, and parmesan cheese in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix together white flour and the Chef's Choice seasoning and set aside. Mix eggs in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Once the chicken is done marinating, dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then eggs, then bread crumb mixture.
  5. Place tenders on a sheet tray and chill in the fridge for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Heat oil to about 300F and fry chicken tenders for 5–7 minutes, or until cooked through.
