Ingredients

  • 4 c. Quick Oats
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/4 c. flaxseed
  • 1/2 c. macadamia nuts
  • 3/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Honey Crystals
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

  1. Mix together quick oats, coconut, flax seed, and macadamia nuts in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine all other ingredients. Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour syrup over oat mixture and stir together until combined.
  3. Spread onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir 2–3 times while in oven for even browning.
  4. Allow to cool before serving.
