Homemade Granola

Ingredients
- 4 c. Quick Oats
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. flaxseed
- 1/2 c. macadamia nuts
- 3/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 c. THRIVE butter
- 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 1/2 c. water
Directions
- Mix together quick oats, coconut, flax seed, and macadamia nuts in a bowl and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, combine all other ingredients. Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour syrup over oat mixture and stir together until combined.
- Spread onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Stir 2–3 times while in oven for even browning.
- Allow to cool before serving.
