by Holly Cooley on January 13, 2015 This is the Thrivalized version of my family's favorite Beef and Vegetable stew. It is a melding of recipes from my mom and my mother in law. Since I grew up in the North, and my mother in law is from the South, my family calls this Mason-Dixon Stew! All ingredients will fit into a Mason jar to create a ready made meal in a jar. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 C THRIVE Beef Slices
  • 1 C THRIVE Potato Chunks
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Green Beans
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Tomato Dices
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Green Peas
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Celery
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Instant Red Beans
  • 2 Tbsp THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 2 dash Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp Cane Sugar
  • 8 C Water

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a pot and simmer 15 - 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
  2. Ingredients can be layered in a wide mouth mason jar or other airtight container to create a ready to make meal.
