Honey White Dinner Rolls

These rolls make a great side to any meal!

Ingredients
- 5 1/2 C White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1/4 C THRIVE Instant Milk (dry)
- 1 1/2 C Warm Water
- 1/4 C Butter, melted
- 1/2 C THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 1/4 C Water for eggs
- 2 tsp Iodized Salt
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl fitted with a dough hook, mix together the yeast, water, and honey crystals.
- Allow to get bubbly.
- Once bubbly add in the flour, salt, melted butter, eggs, and milk powder.
- Let mix on low speed until dough comes together.
- Once dough is together, put on speed 2 and let knead for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Put into a bowl and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled.
- Once doubled, cut and shape into 2-ounce rolls.
- Let rise until doubled again and then bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
