Italian Stew

A nice hearty stew that you can serve on those cold nights. Serve with crusty French bread or bread sticks.

Ingredients
- 1/3 C Mixed Bell Peppers
- 1/3 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1 C THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
- 1/2 C THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 2 Tbsp THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 14 oz Pasta of choice
- 1 C THRIVE Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 C THRIVE Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbsp THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Re-hydrated
- 10 C Water
Directions
- Place all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese into a large stock pot, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cook until pasta noodles are done, approximately 10-12 minutes, depending on type of noodles used.
- Add the tomato sauce powder to the pot and stir until combined.
- Cook an additional 2 minutes.
- Top with re-hydrated mozzarella cheese.
