Kay's Minestrone Soup in a Jar/Pantry Can

This is a great gift to give for the holiday season. A robust soup that's ready in 15 minutes and tastes great after a hectic day! Garnish with some Mozzarella Cheese right out of the can or Parmesan also works great!

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Instant Red Beans
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery
- 1/8 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Broccoli
- 1/8 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
- 1/8 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 1/2 c. Elbow Macaroni
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1/8 c. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c THRIVE Tomato Sauce
- 5 c. Water
- 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
- Put all dry ingredients in a soup pan.
- Add 5 cups HOT water and Worcestershire sauce and whisk until mixed.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 12-15 minutes, until pasta & beans are tender.
- Note: Dry Ingredients can be layered in a Quart Jar or empty Pantry Can for an even quicker meal. Makes great gifts.
