Ingredients
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices
- 1 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Summer Limeade (Seasonal)
- 1/2 tbsp. Cumin
- 1/2 tbsp. Chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Cayenne powder
- 1/8 tsp. Peppercorn
- 8 c. Water
- 1/2 lb. Yellow corn tortillas chopped into 1/2 inch squares
- 3 tbsp. Cilantro
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
Directions
- Place all the ingredients, accept cilantro and tortillas, in 6 qt sauce pot and bring to simmer for 20 minutes. Add tortillas and simmer on low for another 5 minutes. Add cilantro. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serving ideas: Top with tortilla strips, (THRIVE)sour cream, salsa, or bacon!
