Ingredients

  • 1/2 C THRIVE Potato Chunks
  • 1 C THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 2 C Cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 3 clv Garlic, Raw
  • 1 lb Ground Pork (Optional)

Directions

  1. Add garlic to ground pork and mix together. Form into small balls and set aside for later
  2. Add all Thrive vegetables together in a pot of water that covers them to make a loose soup mix. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add cabbage and dill and let boil til cabbage softened. If using pork meatballs add them also and boil til cooked.
  4. Remove soup from stove, serve in bowls and add a dollop of sour cream to each bowl, garnish with more fresh dill and serve with Chef Todd's Easy Cheesy Breadsticks!
