Ingredients

  • 1 C THRIVE Granny Smith Apple Slices - slightly broken up
  • 1 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Chicken
  • 2/3 C THRIVE Instant Brown Rice
  • 3 Tbsp THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Celery
  • 3Tbsp THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Velouté (Rich Chicken Gravy)
  • 1 tsp THRIVE Salad Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Tbsp Butter, salted
  • 1 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt, Table
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper, to taste
  • 8 1/2 C Water

Directions

  1. Measure ingredients into a medium sauce pan and simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes to allow carrots to finish softening.
  3. Enjoy!
