Ingredients

  • 2 C Quick Oats
  • 1/3 C Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 C Plain or Non Dairy Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Peach Slices
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Banana Slices
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Fuji Apple Slices
  • 3/4 C THRIVE Whole Strawberries or THRIVE berry of your choice
  • 1/3 C Chopped Toasted Nuts &/or Seeds

Directions

  1. Rehydrate fruits. Rehydrate berries separately
  2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl (oats, sugar, salt, cinnamon, baking powder)
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk & vanilla
  4. Pour egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined
  5. Stir in bananas, peaches and apples
  6. Pour into prepared baked dish, spread evenly
  7. Top with berries & nuts/seeds
  8. Bake in 375 degree over for 35-45 or until set
  9. Let cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes. cut into servings & serve warm
