Oven-Dried Tomato Herb Bread

A tasty twist on our Country White Dough Mix!

Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 3 3/4 c. THRIVE Country White Dough Mix
- 1 tbsp. Garlic
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 2 1/4 tsp. Instant Dry Yeast
- 1 c. + 2 tbsp. Warm water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients for tomatoes together in a bowl.
- Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined pan and bake at 235F for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes so they cook evenly.
- Add all bread ingredients to mixer with dough attachment.
- Mix on low until dough comes together, then knead on medium speed for 5 minutes.
- On counter, knead tomatoes into dough.
- Place dough in a greased bowl and cover; let rise until doubled in size (about 45 minutes).
- Shape dough into loaf and put in greased loaf pan. Let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Bake at 350F for 30–35 minutes or until browned.
