Ingredients

  • 2 clv. Garlic, Raw
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 2 c. White Rice Bucket
  • 3 c. Water
  • 3 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 1/3 c THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 2/3 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 1 pkg. Smoked Sausage, sliced

Directions

  1. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add rice, carrots, bouillon, and water.
  3. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, saute the sausage in a small frying pan until slightly browned.
  6. Add the peppers, sausage, and parmesan cheese.
  7. Stir to combine.
  8. Remove from heat and cover for 3-4 minutes to melt the cheese. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
