Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. White Vinegar
  • 2 c. THRIVE Instant Milk reconstituted
  • 3 tbsp. Cane Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder or THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 c. Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
  • 3 tbsp. Butter, salted - melted or THRIVE Butter
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)

Directions

  1. Put 2 TBS vinegar in 2 cup measuring cup. Add enough Thrive reconstituted Instant Milk to equal 2 cups. Let rest for 2 minutes.
  2. While milk is resting, put sugar, baking soda, baking powder, egg powder, and peanut flour in bowl. Mix together and add butter, water, and rested milk. Add enough of remaining flour until you have your desired consistency. The batter will thicken slightly as it sets.
  3. Cook on hot griddle. Serve immediately. Top with syrup, honey, jam, or another favorite topping.
